1What are the setup fees?
A one time set up fee of $199 is required. This fee includes accessing files, reviewing financials and planning schedules and forecast reporting.
2What happens if I don’t have any accounting software?
Don’t worry! I have licences with MYOB and create you a data file. This price ranges between $50-$110 per month depending on software required for your business needs.
3Do I have to use MYOB?
Not at all, your business can use XERO or Quicken also.
4Can you move financials from XERO/Quicken to MYOB?
Yes, it takes up 6 hours and make the platforms talk, requires new set up, bank feeds, ATO portal etc. If this is something you are looking at doing, lets discuss to see if MYOB is your best option.
5Where do you work from?
We work remotely and can touch base with mangers via phone, email. We are cloud based so if you have no office, we can use our own! That’s the beauty of cloud-based business. In some cases, we can arrange a Melbourne based meeting or alternatively Skype if needed.
6What happens if I don’t want to continue?
You advise in writing one month before with your final payment. That allows for the transition and organisation of final month figures in hand over and allows time to organise transfer of licence or data file.

2What are the prices for your services for business larger than 5 employees?
Let’s chat to work out the details, and understand your business needs. I have a clear sliding scale for different sized business that are based between 6-12 employees, 13-20 employees and 20+ employees.
3What other staffing or Payroll documents can you assist with?
As part of Payroll we have access to HR documents, staff inductions, templates set up with staff information, employment contracts and more, lets chat to discuss your business needs.
4How long do I have to sign up for?
It depends - Payroll is 3 months, End of Month is 3 months or Activity statements monthly or quarterly.
5How do your payments for service work?
Bookkeeping Unlimited first month’s invoice includes the set-up fee and the first month’s service. All accounts are paid one month ahead of time, with payment terms of 7 days.
